  When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so we could use the balcony and watch the ocean.   The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. We will ask for that building next time we stay at the Springmaid Resort! - This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

It was a bit more family oriented than we expected for a "girls trip" but nonetheless, it was a beautiful, clean, peaceful vacation spot. It was beautifully appointed, each bedroom had a luxury ensuite bath. There were 3 balconies - each BR had balcony access.   This is my second time staying at Monterey Bay Suites. My husband and I really enjoy this hotel because of the location (it's on the end of the beach that is quiet and caters to a more upscale clientele), the friendly service from the members of the front desk and the cleaning staff, the very filling breakfast, the pools (one on the 10th floor and... vad folk säger » 2 others on the ground floor), and the access to the beach. The hotel is also very close to all of Myrtle Beach's main attractions, so it never takes - I liked the the fact that it was budget friendly, yet it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly. Our room was always cleaned promptly, and was done neatly. The food was good. Lots of pool space, and access to the beach. We are bikers and they allowed us to take our bikes up to our rooms, where we could put them out in the balcony.

We arrived before check in time and they gave us a pass to the garage to use immediately. Then they took my cell number so we could go on to the convention center (which is attached to the Sheritan) and still be notified when the room was available.   Loved it!!!Will definitely come back. I was surprised by the facilities. Much nicer than I had imagined for the price. I had booked through bookings.com and had never done this before so I was a little leary. However, no extra fees were charged and the room was beautiful, extremely clean and kitchen had all newer appliances (stainless steel). It w... vad folk säger » as the same price as the Holiday Inn Express except this hotel had tons of amenities: indoor/outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tubs, etc. The whole family - The condo was very spacious, clean and located just across the street from the beach. Every room had it's own balcony and we were able to see the beach from two of the balconies. The kitchen was small but fully equipped and the unit also had a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.
