Staff were most attentive. Room was spacious, bathroom functional.
Robert who drove the shuttle was tremendous -
I liked the speed of check out and check in. There was no major problems

Every staff person we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, the TV reception was great. The included breakfast was really sumptuous. All good! -
Perfect location , right off the highway. Wonderful staff, great, hot breakfast. Safe, clean and looked like a new hotel. Will be back!

I usually stay at a Residence Inn, Courtyard or Fairfield Inn & Suites and I found the Springhill Suites totally satisfied my needs. Room was comfortable w/a great layout. Breakfast was good w/fresh food & fruits. Staff was very friendly & informative. Would definitely stay here again ! -

This was a great choice for me. My son graduated from Duke and all the hotels that were close were ridiculously expensive. Country Inn was maybe 20 minutes away by car and we loved it. My husband loved the pool and especially the hot tub after the long days spent walking across campus. The breakfast in the mornings was very good. The food choices

I liked the staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I had two separate trips to the airport and they picked us up and brought us back with no hassle or wait. The breakfast was very fresh and the cookies were a welcomed treat during the day.

The staff was fantastic. They were friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed the included breakfast bufffet. It had the best sausage links I've ever had. The proximity to the airport was great, yet I heard no airplane noise at all. The room was great also. This hotel would be my first choice for future stays. -

The staff, Melody in particular was extremely accommodating, she was
able to resolve a problem regarding what your site said was available
but in fact was not , the entire place was extremely clean and everyone
on staff that we encountered was very friendly, a great value and very

Friendly and basic, needed to be close to the airport for an early
flight and everything was very smooth. Even with a power outage in the
area for almost an hour. -
In a quiet location close to airport with transportation provided. Even though I arrived at midnight, the staff was great and the room very comfortable.
