Friendly staff, great location to downtown and river walk, restaurant choices.
Not much of anything.
Bathroom fan switch was broken, so it couldn't be turned on. Also face plate for aerial socket was broken -- no danger but unsightly.
Bed was much firmer than we are used to, and pillows were very flat. A softer bed option, and an extra set of pillows in the room, would have been nice.
There was no shampoo or conditioner.
No hair dryer in the room.
Hardest bed we have ever slept on. As former backpacking enthusiasts, we were comforted by the absence of rocks and pine cones but it was like sleeping on the ground.
bedding was obviously not changed and dirty.
rooms were falling apart. Bathroom ceiling was falling, no baseboards in some rooms. Patches in sheetrock. We stayed in two different rooms. Both were really bad.
Holes in the bathroom doors, the room smelled bad.
