  It was very close to the fest grounds, we visited for the german fest. There was a shuttle service by bus that left every 15 minutes and the cost was only $3.00 round trip per person.   Best "Bang for the Buck" in the area. Staff always friendly, polite, and helpful. I've stayed twice. Each room looked like it had just been updated, very nice and clean.   This was a first class hotel. From check in to check out everyone was friendly, helpful and cheerful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was great and central for all the activities I was scheduled to attend. ( a wedding and Reception.)   The price is great! The room was clean and cozy, and it did not have any unpleasant odors. The bed was firm and comfy. The breakfast contained cereal, donuts, english muffins, toast, and the condiments to go with it. Location is great, restaurants near-by and downtown is about a ten min drive. The carpet is a bit older and so is the furniture, ... vad folk säger » but for the value it good. It is nothing fancy: so anyone looking for a romantic place I would not suggest this hotel. For a pleasant overnight stay - The staff could not have been better. I was very impressed with the service, and the friendliness. I stayed for 4 days, and requested that housekeeping not come in (I like to keep everything in its place once I set out everything where I like it), and when I met them in the hall the housekeeping staff still was nice enough to ask me how my stay was and if they could do anything for me.

  Everyone from John at the front desk and the bar tenders up on the deck were so nice. So cheerful and helpful. Our little blonde bar tender even offered to take pictures of us and recommended good places to eat downtown while we were there. The hotel was very clean and the rooms very comfortable. The pool looked awesome although didn't have time ... vad folk säger » this trip to swim, but we will be back. :) - Beds were really comfortable, bar staff very friendly and helpful, hotel shuttle very handy and even dropped a package to us at the exhibition site! Didn't use the gym /poolfacilities i'm afraid but they sounded rather impressive with a basketball court and separate male and female pools and gyms!
