The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A full selection of items for breakfast which was included in price. Since we were three adults they upgraded our room to a larger one. Location was good for all we wished to see in the area. All and all a very enjoyable stay and the price was right. The staff was very friendly. They took the time to tell us about other points of interest in the area and made suggestions on places to eat. The room was very comfortable and the location was convenient. They also upgraded our room to allow our son to have his own bed, without us asking! Very enjoyable.
alla recensioner » The General Manager Stacia went above and beyond for us. My husband was sick and she went to the store and got medicine for him and wouldn't let me pay her back. She also gave us a free upgrade to our room upon arrival. I will deffinately book a room there again when I am in the Cooperstown Area!!!. The staff was very friendly and helpful with where to eat, etc. The accommodations were excellent. The hotel is just minutes away from Cooperstown and many parks and recreation facilities. Dan was on duty and answered questions we had re: eating and sites. He was so helpful and a very nice young man. Breakfast was great and prepared by a very kind lady who was also helpful. We loved everything! The staff went well above the norm, to help us. The hotel was a real oasis, in our hectic situation. Will stay there again and recommend it to everyone. The staff who assisted us (Dan..) was extremely helpful and accommodating. Plenty of helpful suggestions. Amenities/breakfast were excellent. Nothing. nothing. The mattresses were not comfortable, you could feel the springs. The first nite we had no blankets, we had to ask staff the next day and they quickly accommodated. The eggs at breakfast. They were rubbery and filled with some kind of cheese whiz. That we could smell cigarette smoke coming through the vent and it continued even after warning of a large fine. We did not receive any discount after being with lights and power for many hours from a storm. We arrived on a Wednesday and departed Saturday and did not get maid service on either of the days we were there. Wednesday we told the desk and they left clean towels on the floor outside or door. Thursday the did come in the room after we came back in the late afternoon and the room hadn't been cleaned. All good. Other then the Baseball Hall of Fame, you have to drive a ways to other attractions(Howe carverns etc.). The toilet seat was dirty, disgusting!. We got no discount at all by booking thru your website. Very small pool which was always full of kids so we couldn't use it.
