  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. - I love the fact that we were able to get a ocean view room on short notice.   This hotel is the absolute best I've ever been to!!!!!! And I've been to a lot of hotels all around the world. If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

The rooms and facilities are very clean and perfectly maintained. I would definitely recommend the hotel and go back there anytime. The beach is great and the pool area is exquisite. The hotel is very close to Ocean Drive.

  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable.   I've gotta admit I wasn't sure what to expect. I travel a lot and stay in many hotel brands. This was really amazing. Very high end looking, large, quiet rooms. I loved it. I recently stayed at an Intercontinental and this was MUCH nicer. I felt like I was in an old school Hollywood movie. ....:) The only complaints I have are what everyone els... vad folk säger » e discussed: NO restaurants in walking distance, and parking/valet. However there is public parking for $6 two blocks south. But you have to be ou - The King Ocean View Suites are spectacular in both comfort and style, with unforgettable sunrises over the ocean. Room service breakfast on the balcony is a must!! Staff at the hotel were all very friendly, in particular the guys on the beach and in the restaurant. Also the parking valets were excellent, with particular mention of German who went out of his way to be helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!
