  A very curtious and professional staff. I am positive all of them would bend over backward to please their guest at the hotel. Breakfast was very convenient for my wife and I as we had a very early appointment at Stanford Medical center. I have recommended this hotel to others already and will again. - the price was ok.

  The room was updated and comfortable. It was also surprisingly quite despite the busy road and the train nearby. We loved the outdoor shared patio with the beautiful plants.   Very spacious! Close to the Caltrain and a mile walk to downtown Palo Alto - Staff is very friendly and you can't beat the location. Loved my stay!

  The room was nice and clean with plenty of room for clothes and stuff. There was a complete kitchette and a large jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was nice, not amazing, but included plenty of hot and cold options. Washer/dryers were easily available. Rooms were recently renovated and good size with fridge and microwave. - I had a comfortable easy stay. For the price this is one of the better places to stay in the SF Bay area. It was busy like going to a great place to eat on a Friday night. Be sure you have a reservation.

We booked a large room I think it was the junior suite which was spacious. Nice big TV and a coffee maker in the room. Large bathroom.   This hotel is beautiful & very well run...there wasn't anything they couldn't do for you. You are right out the door to University Ave. for shopping, dining etc. - The location was directly across from my office. The rooms were well appointed and the small balcony overlooking the courtyard reminded me of Paris.
