  I loved the staff they were very friendly and courteous. They were helpful in all the questions that I asked and answered them in a knowable way. The continental breakfast was very good and had some good choices to satisfy everyone's choice of breakfast items. - The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was good and always stocked.   Went to Memphis for the music/history but got to see a lot more during a one-week stay. Staff at the Doubletree were more than helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. Loved the Haunted Walk by Backbeat Tours. Graceland was okay, but the Rock & Soul Museum was a hi... vad folk säger » ghlight for us. A visit to the Lorraine Motel as night was very moving. - The friendly staff all around. The perfect downtown location. The Valet service was great, especially the valet staff. In particular, I wish to commend the valet attendant named Sam. He was more then fantastic and helpful.

  The hotel was clean and secure and the free breakfast was very welcoming indead with plenty to chose from they also had a member of staff making sure everything was fresh. There is a restaunt affering a free limo service that pick you up and drop back off free of charge. This was the last of our tour from New York to Memphis staying in 7 different - Cost, location, secure parking. The night manager (I assume he was ower) was very friendly and offered to help out with the problems with the room. Cannot answer number 2 questions so the facilities were nice, the room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the location was ok, and the value for the money would have been fantastic if not for the problems.

  We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the hotel and location were nothing like the bad reviews we saw.The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel facilities were good value for money. Downtown was only a 5 minute drive and parking was free on riverside drive which was only a 5 minute walk from beale street. - Front desk people were ve... vad folk säger » ry helpful in giving specific directions. Internet computer was fast and always available. Adjacent parks were pleasant to be able to bird watch. The location was extremely handy., but I knew that from an earlier stay.

  The whole of Days Inn was excellent. Staff coulnd't do enough for you, especially the lovely Tracy. They even had a shuttle service for the airport. The whole place was immaculate, they were constantly keeping it clean. The staff were just so friendly. The rooms where excellent size and very, very, comfortable. I felt safe and secure and well look... vad folk säger » ed after. I can't believe that this was only a 2 star, it truely deserves more that that. As for transport, take the local 43 bus, it's only $3.50 for - Location is great if you are visiting Graceland, but it is on a very busy street. Luckily we had a room in the back. The room was nicely decorated, so is the lobby. it brings you right in the Elvis athmosphere. Although older, especially the plumbing, the room was clean.Breakfast was OK, not great. We stayed 2 nights to visit Graceland,so that was OK, wouldn't wanna stay a whole week or so.If you just plan to visit Graceland it's perfect for a couple of nights.

  A young lady at the reception (on duty on the 6th of September 2013 - 11:00 pm), was extremely nice, competent, professional and naturaly interested in serving the best way she could. I mention the word naturally and her because most of times staff are very polite and educated but you are left with the filling that you have in front of you a mach... vad folk säger » ine trained to be like that. Its more difficult to come a cross a person naturally inclined to serve. That is a natural quality and very much apprecia - Very awesome staff..went above and beyond to help me out when my car wouldn't start. Their maintenance worker had my car started in less than 15 minutes in rain and 40 degree weather!! The indoor hot tub/pool was a great plus! And the beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. We had a wonderful trip and will be back!!
