The staff were extremely helpful when I called to get specific
directions after getting lost.
The location was great. It was very accessible to the downtown area.
I liked all the above except the staff and clean areas.

Every hotel I've ever stayed at you come back to your room being
clean. Not here! It was still the way we left it that morning. I call
down to the front desk and the staff says okay you can come get them.
Which was asked for clean towels and toilet paper. Again every hotel
I've ever stayed at makes up your room from the night before and
if they forgot something they brought it up to you. Not you going down
to get them.
The bed was extremely hard and the room did not feel clean, there were stains on the walls and the floors were gross.
