  My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was, especially with our dog who was staying with us. When we arrived there was a framed "welcome" for Bob our puppy with treats and water for him. The "raid the mini bar" credit was a great touch and the room was very roomy and clean.   This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. It's classy, clean, well worth the money, and was a very large room with the one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The room, although small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

  Location was perfect, just beside a subway station and within walking distance of Times Square. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not expecting breakfast and it was a nice surprice to learn at check in that it was included, very basic but good to have a quick bite and coffee before hitting the sights and shops! Would recommend this hotel for anyone who - It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). The cafe next door has great breakfast food and were extremely friendly as well. The TV had no cable reception at first but they came up promptly to fix it. I asked

  The staff were just excellent. Requests were responded to immediately, and the bellmen were wonderful. On several occasions they and the concierge gave us great advice about transportation, places to eat, and things to do, and they always were smiling and friendly. The room was very quiet. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

  I am a designer and i loved the whole design of this hotel, everything was exceptional in its design and finish, far beyond the likes of any other hotel. I liked the pictures on the net before I booked but you most definitely have to see this place to believe it, especially the swimming pool, nestled between two asymmetric stainless steel towered... vad folk säger » walls that look like there are from another dement ion , the whole pool area is stunning but the jewel in the crown of this hotel is the AMAZING poli - The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access).   We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... vad folk säger » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   Me and my wife love the Aloft. We came here Christmas Eve of 2012 and returned for another stay for my wife's birthday in November 2013. I was surprising my wife taking her out then to the Hotel because she loves it here. The lady at the front desk asked me if my wife was outside when I made reservations and I told her how it is a surprise for her... vad folk säger » birthday. She then told me since your wife love the hotel we would like to give a complimentary give to her. They gave us a great bottle of champagne - Absolutely excellent customer service. I can't speak highly enough of their courtesy, friendliness, and desire to make us comfortable. I was there with my elderly mother, and we will definitely recommend the hotel to others. They made us feel as if we were visiting friends, as if we mattered. That's highly unusual in my experience, and I've stayed in hotels of every caliber.
