The owners are available and wish to address concerns at any time of day or night. -Very high standard of customer satisfaction. -Cleanliness. (the black-out curtains completely block the light from the rooms) -Comfort. The beds and pillows were very comfortable a - I am very impressed with the honesty of the staff members. I did not realized that I had left my laptop at the motel until the lady manager called me. I was on my way to upstate ny, therefore, I could not return immediately to retrieve my laptop. They held it safely for me for eight days. Thank goodness, I picked the right motel.
