  Very convenient for an airport stopover, very close to the airport, with a regular easy to catch free shuttle. I arrived at 8 am not expecting to be able to check in, but had meetings from 10 am so asked if there was somewhere I could clean up and store bags - they checked me into my room straight away, which was fantastic service. Check ou - Rooms were spacious, nicely appointed, updated and very clean. There was a refrigerator in the room. The pool is very nice (hot tub also) and is surrounded by an attractive patio area; it stays open quite late. There are a lot of meeting facilities that are reasonably priced. The staff always accessible, friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks and three decent restaurants on site.

  The roof top was awesome, good views of the area and you could see the hollywood sign. The pool is not a huge pool but its very nice and modern. The restaurant makes very strong and delicious cocktails which was a treat in the afternoons. We had some food for breakfast and lunch there and it was good. The service was awesome as well.   It's a typical Hilton. We stayed here for the last two nights of our two week holiday as it was very close to the lax and return car hire depot. Check-in was easy and fast, we used the self parking option, the car park seemed to always be quite full, we had to drive down to level 5 or 6 every day, this option was $25 a day.   As soon as we arrived this hotel captured us. It's location was easy to find from the airport (though the driving on the other side of the road/car was a little taxing). The Standard sign placed upside down, the fire heated outside seating area, the colouful indoor waiting area with pool table, warm and welcoming staff with a hairdressers and shop... vad folk säger » all waiting when you enter. We were upgraded to a room with a larger bed and docking station (the bed being the biggest ive seen, let alone slept in) - Everything was perfect. Excellent staff, special mention to Rodrigo, very helpful since the very beginning. The Rooftop is simply amazing, with a nice atmosphere and good music. We did not used the pool as it was always full, LOL. The location is also very good, with the 7th street Metro station 2 blocks away.

  The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and comfortable beds meant we slept well. The gym was excellent and the swimming pool area although small was perfectly adequate. The restaurant was excellent and is obviously a popular place in the evenings. - Very friendly, professional staff.   Although this is a classical airport hotel, it is a good hub to visit LA, Hollywood, Universal and Disney. The drive is compensated by the fact that the Hotel is less expensive than the hotels in the city center. Nice restaurant. Rooms are spacious.
