Each bedroom is part of a cottage you walk in and they have a shared
coffee, tea, and refrigerator and decorations (so cute) then you have a
key to your door. The room is absolutley delightful with all kinds of
sweet decorations. The chairs were comfortable with pillows to match.
She had wash clothes for makeup and I thought that was a nice touch
along with the water bottles. We did not use the pool or hottub as we
were very busy going to Ruby Falls, the Incline Railway. Rock city is

Everyone was very kind and so friendly! I made the mistake of booking the night after our actual arrival and we were pleasantly surprised that the owner let us stay in a suite instead of a room as booked at the same rate. The food was fantastic! Very private! We can't wait to return!.
It is a lovely place to stay especially for a weekend getaway. We stayed in the Florida room which was just the right size a couple. It was peaceful and one could imagine families staying here when it was a 1950's Motor Court! We would stay here again.
Staff all attentive. Cozy well appointed little cottages. Great breakfast. Close to lots of activities. Awesome bike trail along the tenn.river!!!!!.

The room was nice.
My "only" thing that I didn't care for was the mattress on the bed. Having arthritis, it was so firm that I had a hard time getting in and out of it. After all the good that came with the stay, this is minor and will not hinder our next visit!.
The breakfasts were ok. Serving Grits was a risk because not everyone likes them. The eggs, bacon & fruit dishes were fine. The egg casserole could be improved on. The servings were a nice size. Juice & Coffee were great. A little more attention to healthy, organic food would be nice.
We are sorry, we meant tell you we had to close the bath room door because the toilet kept running off and on. But the breakfast was so good we forgot to tell you about it.
