Hole in wall in bathroom stuffed with toilet paper. Walls in bathroom were dirty. Lift smelled of smoke.
Overnight clerk older man with grey hair we called to get another set of
towels and a blanket was just hung up on without a word and never
brought them.Very poor customer skills which make a bad impression on
the hotel.

The breakfast was not what we were expecting for a "hot breakfast" but we made it do. Also the elevator was a little loud and freaky to ride to the 3rd floor so we took the stairs in most cases.

We reserved two rooms. We arrived around midnight. The bed in the first room was unmade, there were NO towels and the bathroom was dirty. After waiting 15 minutes for the counter clerk to get off the phone, we were given another room - the last one in the hotel.This room was relatively clean but smelled of stale smoke even though it was supposedly non-smoking.
