  The staff at the hotel were so courteous and friendly, giving you that aloha spirit. The pool the kids loved so much. For me, it was home away from home. I was surprised to run into a few workers that are good friends that I knew for a long time. They were so gracious and asked if I needed anything. The staff was very friendly and always smiled and said hello. Great music talent in the bar, too!

  The hotel was central to the rest of the Island. Kiki was very helpful in responding to our questions and our wants to see as much as we could in 7 days. The hotel staff in total were friendly and helpful.   Excellent place full of greenery with really helpful staff as well. They even lent us the Guidebook for Kauai for us to use! Excellent location!Very close to airport and from where you can take the helicopter for a tour!! Bbq and laundry facilities..plus free unlimited juices coffee and tea and bananas waiting for you all day long Strongly recomme... vad folk säger » nd it! - Always enjoy staying here for one or two nights when we visit Kauai. We usually stay a couple weeks a year on the south side, then spend the last couple nights here to avoid the traffic to airport and take in the local restaurants. Any traffic accident can close the main highway from south side for hours and you miss your flight.

  We enjoyed the outside bbq grilles nearly every night. Found a great fresh fish market in Hanalei, called Hanalei Dolphin, behind the restaurant there. Close to the airport but no airplane noise, close to shopping in Kapa'a, fun pools here and next door.   The hotel has a great location. It is located on a beach, about 10 minutes from the airport, and about equal distance to the end of the highway in the north and to the west. Passing in front of the hotel is a pedestrian walkway on which one can walk to a small commercial center for dining and shopping. There is also a concrete sidewalk along the beach for those who enjoy walking as well as a long beach front for those - The room was available 2 hours early and 2 hour late check out no charge. Comps of show tickets and food were unexpected and great. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.
