  Staff very friendly and helpful. My request for extra pillows was provided without having to ask. Everything worked in the room.   Kyle, the evening desk clerk, helped us with several issues, particularly with securing our military rate. The food was tasty and the location was ideal for our purposes - Close to where I needed to be the next day. They had since restaurant and bar where u could feel comfortable eating alone. Nice breakfast in he morning.

  When I arrived at 11pm, Ed at the front desk ensured I was happy with my room when the Firestone was not to my liking. Also, Olga, the chief housekeeper ensured that an additional item I needed for the bath due to an old injury, was provided. I believe I had very good value for money - Loved having a poolside room for the kids. LOVED the great breakfast buffet- lots of choices and everything hot and fresh-something for everyone. Enjoyed sitting alongside the pool area as well. Close to everything we needed. Problem with the toilet was fixed quickly and efficiently.

  The hotel was very clean and our room was also. Although our air conditioner was not working correctly, you just had to drop the temp to 62 to get the room cool. When I informed the gentleman at the front desk to have someone look at it,on check out, he said we should have told him and they could have changed our room.
