  When I arrived at 11pm, Ed at the front desk ensured I was happy with my room when the Firestone was not to my liking. Also, Olga, the chief housekeeper ensured that an additional item I needed for the bath due to an old injury, was provided. At breakfast, the complimentary "USA Today" and good scrambled eggs and bacon were appreciated. Room had v... vad folk säger » ery comfortable bed and a good work area. I believe I had very good value for money - Loved having a poolside room for the kids. LOVED the great breakfast buffet- lots of choices and everything hot and fresh-something for everyone. Enjoyed sitting alongside the pool area as well. Close to everything we needed. Problem with the toilet was fixed quickly and efficiently.

  The bed was about as crisp, clean, and comfortable as could be imagined. That is job 1 - a good night's sleep. I rate it 10/10. Everything else is gravy. - The room was clean, good size, convenient, confortable. The hotel is well located; there were shops and good restaurants nearby.
