  My wife and I have found the Candlewood Suites a great chain. You will not be dissapointed with this Las Vegas Hotel. Ok it is not directly on the strip but its only 10 mins by foot which suited us. At night it was quite and it also has plenty of parking. The room was clean, comfortable and well furnished.   I was extremely wary after reading the negative reviews for this hotel but the price was right and as a college student the price was really what it came down to. I was pleasantly surprised when our suite was clean and spacious. I would recommend taking air freshener because the scent of cleaning agents was strong. I enjoyed my stay and will stay ... vad folk säger » again. - We liked our one bedroom suite which was simple, clean, and affordable. There was a pool with hot tub right in front of our room. Looked good but we did not use it or stay in the hotel much. It is far from the strip but not a problem if you have a car. Nice view of surrounding hills, proximity to a Lake Mead area, and Las Vegas worked for us.

  Almost perfect hotel. Was the best out of 8 hotels/motels, in which we have stayed during our 3 week trip to USA. All equipment seemed like new, the rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean, air conditioning was quiet (this was big issue in many other hotels).   The location of this hotel is fantastic - just a block behind the 'Strip'. Also fantastic is the accommodation - an apartment with huge rooms, comprising a lounge (2 large settees and 2 large TV screens) with excellently equipped kitchenette and dining area, large bedroom, large spa bath room, and large toilet and shower room.   Felt very comfortable. Every one of the staff were wonderful. Our room was situated facing a wonderful courtyard. Will definetly recommend it. Also, the other guests were very pleasant. - The space in my room. I also like that there was two bedrooms in my room. I was expecting two beds in one room for my children and I.

  Everything was excellent! The location, although away from the strip, was a nice drive and not hard to navigate. The room was incredible! It looks exactly like what is in the pictures - and then some! Check-in was smooth and hassle free, and the staff bent over backweards to make sure that everything was perfect.   After a very friendly, warm and efficient welcome we were shown to our room (558 in The Derby Tower). There were 4 of us on our party (my sister and I and our elderly parents) so we were looking for a condo with lots of space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is connected to the Cosmopolitain and uses its parking garage (just enter the Cosmopolitan parking and go down to level b3, the Jockey elevators are in the middle of the floor).   From the moment I walked in to the reception the staff just smiled and was super-friendly. Got help when i neede to make phonecalls and I was able to do a very late check-out. Rooms were clean, pillows very comfortable and size of room was good. I liked my stay and can def recommend this.
