  I enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. Great restaurants, movie theather, bowling alley, and Target. When I had a problem with my room type and the non working refrigerator they addressed it the next morning, apologized repeatedly,offered a 50.00 credit toward the room without me asking and provided complimentary bottles of cold bevera... vad folk säger » ges for the replacement room.. - The hotel is in the heart of the action-- a short walk to the Staples Center & events. Lots of restaurants in the area-- all within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful lobby area lounge and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

  Staff is amazing, both in the front desk, services and lounge. Once you go in, you are handled in the best way possible, so you can focus on what matters most. - Close to Staples where my teenagers attended an event. Club Lounge was wonderful. The staff was friendly and professional!! Thank you for a great stay.

  What did I like about the hotel? Everything! All the staff were very friendly and polite and the hotel was very homely and stylish. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who may be staying in LA and will be back again for another great experience if I come back to LA.
