  Everything! The design (an antidote to the pervasive kitsch tendencies of most Miami Beach hotels), the atmosphere, the location (directly on the water with fantastic views), the restaurant (wholesome food, light and very tasty), the spa (exceptional), the staff (the best I have experienced in the us - very attentive, helpful & smiling). A ver... vad folk säger » y relaxing place (with a buzz)! - I like that each time I arrive, it seems familiar and there is a home-like comfort. A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more. It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. This year he said "welcome home" when I arrived and it did feel like it.
