The location was right where you would want to be to visit all of
Washington DC's monuments/museums, etc. We were able to walk to
everything between the Capitol and the Lincoln Monument.
The staff was awesome and extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean and was far more luxurious than I expected. The hotel is a great bargain for the money paid

I liked the ambiance of the entire experience. Everything was very
convenient and in the midst of many attractions right in the area! I
enjoyed a very relaxing two days. The staff was very accommodating and
made sure my requests were taken care of. I appreciated the manner in
which I was treated.

If you are looking for luxurious, high class, this is not the place
for you. However, this hotel is the perfect place to stay in dc. It
has nice, basic rooms, very clean and provides all that is required.
Most importantly, it is in a great location, being very close to all
the popular tourist destinations. There is a fun bar in the lobby, and
the cafe provides a decent, well priced breakfast. I thoroughly
recommend this one.

The location was perfect. There was a subway station nearby and also taxis and buses readily available, so getting around was easy.
I happened to visit during the unfortunate government shutdown, so there was a lot that I wanted to see but couldn't. The staff was very friendly and quick to offer suggestions on what to do and see, and what was open. The housekeeping staff were amazing, cleaning my room promptly each day.

The staff were courteous and helpful. Liked the Starbucks down on the ground floor. Loved the fact it was above Metro Center and around the corner from the White House, Spy Museum, Crime Museum and some high street brands plus Macy's across the street. Also within walking distance to Chinatown and restaurants. Very central and accessible because of subway below.
Good breakfast. appreciated the fact it had free laundry room use - very important as we were on the road for a month.

Everything!!! The hotel had a great location, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, great value for money (compared to the other hotels we used on our 5 week holiday in the US) and the room was well set-out, clean and very comfortable. We were able to walk to dinner and home from the theater, and in the morning took a stroll by the White House. Awesome!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of and value at the restaurant. Great food at reasonable prices. My husband was able to order a couple of specialty beers that he really enjoyed. Our server - Shannon was very friendly, he really made our two meals there a delight. Thank you. -

Great location! Very well insulated room, very quiet and clean. Very good bed. Upon arrival we asked the young lady at the desk for a nice bistro around, and she referred us to a very special place close to the hotel where we really enjoyed organic food and the most pleasant ambiance for a couple of meals. She took the time with the nicest smile.

It is also close enough to the National Mall to walk to the Museums. The staff was very helpful and stored my luggage for the last day so I could attend the Inauguration ceremonies.

Room was small, but perfect for 1-2 people with a nicely lit desk and a large bathroom. Location is fabulous for restaurants and subway access, parking in garage over Farragut North. As a mature couple we found the Hotel to meet all of our needs.
The staff were friendly, the room was large with two double beds, comfortable and clean. We had room 410 right outside the lift but with one exception it wasn't noisy.

Flexiblity of the staff to accomodate our immediate needs. For instance,
while checking in we immediately needed access to our vehicle that had
already left to be parked. Despite a busy time for the hotel, they
retrieved our vehicle. Later, we needed to leave the hotel quickly due
to an emergency situation at home in Michigan, the staff checked us out,
and stored our bags enabling us to complete some necessary phone calls
