I booked the hotel on-line expecting it to be a "value" room. Much to my surprise the room was about 2 steps up from value. For the price I was very pleased with the decor, comfort, size and location. Staff at front desk. Clean room thanks to the person cleaning rooms. Bathrooms are GREAT. Curtains on bathroom clean, no mild dew LOL...

Riktigt prisvärt! God frukost som ingick, även om den var lite begränsad som förväntat (=bröd, flingor, våfflor, juice, kaffe etc (men bacon+ost+skinka+ägg m.m. kunde köpas till om så önskades). We were 2 minutes from Universal Studios. The price was fantastic. We actually spent more money on a dinner out for all 4 of us, than we did for 3 nights at the Super 8! - We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost because it was a
smoking suite.
- After checking out, we needed to use wi-fi to contact home and couldn't find any. We went back to the hotel on the offchance we could use theirs and were promptly given the wi-fi password by a lovely member of staff.
- The suite was gorgeous.
- We needed extra time to pack in the morning and requested a later check-out time, which was granted.

Läget för detta hotell är riktigt bra det är nära till allt. - the security of knowing anyone could not just come in, get on the elevators and wander throughout the hotel. i loved the staff stopping to ask if you need anything or if they could assist in any way. - Great location; great service! The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair

The goal to surpass our expectations! It was reflected in the warm cookies at checkin, quick check-in, free and fast wifi, hassle free billing correction, free shuttle to universal studios.
Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.

The A/C worked fine, the beds were comfortable, good housekeeping, a variety of channels to watch on TV (even though I could not find the A/V selection) and the cooler worked and kept the drinks very cold. -
