Our hotel was in a perfect location and it suited our needs very well.We were able to enjoy the city just by walking out the front door -Chinatown's gates were about ten steps away - and it was convenientlylocated near public transportation, both into the city from the airportand throughout the neighborhoods. - Location!! Walking north you´re in Chinatown. Southwards are all the designerstores you can imagine and Union Square. Going east you´ll stumble upon lovely restaurants and bars (even possible to sit outside!). Just across the streat is a Starbucks cafe and an minimarket!

Stayed 4th Dec 2013.Hotel location great, just at entrance to Chinatown and short walk to Union Square and Market Street, only there for 2 nights so good for us. Staff very helpful and let us leave our bags there after checkout until early evening until we flying out. Very clean and big bed and plenty space in the room. Shower in bathroom great pressure and nice and hot.
Would recommend for short stopover, certainly not luxury but adequate.

I had to step up the itinerary of my trip by two days. Although I
didn't get the same room class/price, the day manager worked
with me over the phone to get a room booked. When I arrived, the (same?)
manager noted that we had one small child, and changed the room to

Avenue that leads to Chinatown, walk along Grant catch the cable car,

The room was well kept and I was on the Eddy side but on the 4th floor as long as the window is shut it was quiet. Free wireless and the morning paper were a pleasant suprise. - Nice, quiet, clean and good location

The rate online was very competitive for a city stay. They provided
complimentary bottled water and cookies in the afternoon. As a guest,
you get a discount at the adjoining cafe, which providing a convenient
breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They held my bags

sure that I got them. The location can't be beat, right in the heart
of the Cit -
Ideally situated for everything. In Union Square in 2 minutes and easy access to all forms of transport. Staff were friendly and helpful and the diner next door excellent. Everything on the doorstep. Being in the city centre meant it was noisy at night but earplugs were provided. We slept very well without resorting to them. Very happy with it all and thoroughly recommend the hotel.
