  I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt. Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

  Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The hotel is situated conveniently to both the theatre district, lower Manhattan, and is right off the FDR at 37th.   Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff. The room was basic but had everything we needed. My partner loved the tinted glass bathroom and the bed was comfy.   I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend - I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I knew what I was going to get.   The location of the hotel was ideal - a very short walk to 8th Avenue, eateries, shops, etc. Our room was spacious with excellent WIFI. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially James who sprinted all the way from the hotel to 8th Avenue to flag down a cab for us so that we could be at the Palace Theatre in good time. - Location is excellence, ... vad folk säger » in walking distance to Times Squares, Macy's, 5th Avenue and etc. Wifi works very well everywhere. Room is clean and quiet and bed is good and comfortable. Bathroom has a very good size. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially James who helped us to find our way to JFK airport!
