  I liked the room. It was very comfortable. I liked the location for access to the D. C. area. The metro was very close so we could get to where we wanted to go quickly. We did find out that we should avoid the rush hour when traveling on the metro. The personnel that handled those amenities were very professional and quickly removed our plates as we finished. - This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

  The Chef was a prince of a fellow. A month before arriving I made a request for the room service menu to be faxed so I could design what I wanted.   This was by far a great experience! The hotel staff was incredibly cordial, nice, helpful, and polite. The hotel and rooms were very clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, and amenities were convenient. The location was also perfect. There is also a large shopping mall located right above the metro station, which adds to the hotel's convenience. I was beyond shocked to - The location was near to the sites we planned to see.   Nice place, with pool and good breakfast. Our family was really happy. The Metro (subway) was closer than I expected and easy to walk to. Just remember to go out the back door, up the street in back and under the overpass. You can't get to the metro by walking up the six lane road in front of the hotel.   I found the staff to be super helpful, friendly and patient. How refreshing! The free shuttle to the airport (where a metro stop is a short walk under a roof) ran frequently and was a real bonus! The hotel room was attractive and clean. It is in a very good location for driving and also easy to ride the Metro using the hotel's free van service, and there are many good resteraunts within walking distance.

There is easy access to National airport and good food is within walking distance (although many more options are further away). The bed was VERY comfortable!   The staff was friendly. Parking was only $10 per day. A few blocks from the metro. Several restaurants within a couple blocks of the hotel. There was also a grocery store, pharmacy and convenience store a few blocks away. Room was clean and spacious.   This is our second time staying here. We have been to dc 4 times. I like stayin here the best. It is nice to have a complementary breakfast. I also love the convience of the Rosslyn Metro Station which is about 1,5 blocks away. Rosslyn is also a business community with plenty of places to grab a quick bit to eat. - Had a little issue at check in,... vad folk säger » however they quickly made things right by upgrading room and providing a breakfast voucher for our stay. The wait staff at the rest. were very friendly, even brought my son honey/lemon for his cough and they had hot chocolate for him every day.
