  It was very nice & spacious room... Checkout was simple & they held my bags until after our event so we could remain parked in vallet. - Very Nice food, clean rooms, great service...I'd recommend this hotel!

  When we arrived for the Rodeo they were booked solid so they were a bit behind on getting our room ready. Initially the young Lady behind the desk said they would need an hour. I thought no biggie we could do some things at the Rodeo and check in later. ut upon hearing that the manager asked for a list of rooms to be cleaned and went floor to floo... vad folk säger » r himself!!!! We waited maybe 10 minutes! On top of that they gave two free breakfast vouchers on the house for our trouble!! Awesome staff!! If youre - The room was actually quite spacious. I had a misunderstanding with the hotel staff that they are going to drop me to the airport. I was upset about it-they eventually called for a cab, and got me dropped. The staff was very nice to talk to. Hotel was very clean. Wifi was excellent, streaming live television was not an issue.

  The Doubletree was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable and of course we were greeted with warm cookies! The Front Reception staff went to extra efforts to ensure our stay was a good one and assisted us with finding restaurants, activities and shopping. - The staff was great ...especially after I arriv... vad folk säger » ed to found we didn't have reservations..like I thought.They were very helpful to fix the problem. - The customer service was wonderful.   Old-style, big city, downtown quality experience. Four star hotel for a two star price. I am looking forward to returning again sometime soon.
