  The staff were very helpful. The cable tv wasn't workiing properly andthe response was immediate from the hotel staff. They couldn't fix it ona long weekend, so we got a breakfast on the house. Appreciated. - location, rooms and service ,price

  Extremely nice staff, pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful and cosy way. The historic feeling is great. Great location. For breakfast, you can get tea or coffee and delicious pastry. I also liked how they turned the "bad" stuff into something nice; instead of saying "we only have bathrooms in the corridor and not in the roo... vad folk säger » ms" they say "You can borrow for free a nice bathrobe if you want!". - Jan (the owner) was very friendly and had a lot of suggestions for sights and activities during my short stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station as well as downtown Seattle/Pioneer Square. It is also on/near public transit lines. The hotel has an extremely rich and important history that Jan is always willing to talk about. If I ever make it to Seattle again, I will definitely stay here!
