  We stayed at this hotel while my sister was having tests and lots of appointments at a nearby medical center. The beds were really comfortable, and having a kitchen was a great bonus. The shuttle provided to local shopping (target, a grocery store) meant we could easily buy food for the week that we were there. The pool area was nice to sit in ... vad folk säger » and get some fresh air. We even brought our dinner out there one night! - The staff. Front desk was awesome! The hotel was booked full, long line of people checking in and 1 lady handled everyone with a smile, pleasant attitude, and she made it appoint to acknowledge and apoligize to everyone for the wait.. Dealing with her in the beginning of my stay made it all worth it. I believe her name is Jamie

  My stay at this hotel was a great experience.The staff was very helpful and professional.I was upgraded to a suite that the the size of an apartment,very spacious.It was exactly what I was lookin for.The location was phenomenal I was in the middle of downtown and the galleria area,that was great.I was very happy with my choice . - Friendly helpfu... vad folk säger » l staff , well run hotel , excellent location with courtesy bus to Galleria and medical centre .   The location is unbeatable if you're attending a Texans game! The hotel is located directly beside Reliant Stadium and there's even a side entrance that allows you to walk out the hotel and right on to the stadium grounds. The hotel bar and restaurant have pre and post game drink and food specials that allow you to save some money on the inflated ... vad folk säger » stadium prices. This is the only place to stay if you're going to any event at Reliant Stadium! - Mainly the location. Right across the parking lot from Reliant Stadium. I can walk to the game. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable, and liked having a refrigerator in room. On my last visit I had a death in the family, and the desk clerk was very helpful in canceling the rest of my stay. I will be staying here again a few more times this year.
