  Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect as I had a business meeting at MD Anderson which was an easy walk away. - overall quality is very impressive

  We stayed at this hotel while my sister was having tests and lots of appointments at a nearby medical center. The beds were really comfortable, and having a kitchen was a great bonus. The shuttle provided to local shopping (target, a grocery store) meant we could easily buy food for the week that we were there. The pool area was nice to sit in ... vad folk säger » and get some fresh air. We even brought our dinner out there one night! - The staff. Front desk was awesome! The hotel was booked full, long line of people checking in and 1 lady handled everyone with a smile, pleasant attitude, and she made it appoint to acknowledge and apoligize to everyone for the wait.. Dealing with her in the beginning of my stay made it all worth it. I believe her name is Jamie

  The entire staff was extremely helpful. This hotel makes having to go to Houston Medical Center so much easier for the out of town patients. This Hampton Inn & Suites has door to door shuttles to each hospital and the service is great without long waits. It is almost as if I were staying with family just a few blocks from the - Facilities: complementary breakfast, free coffe and drinks during the day.   Very comfortable. I was able to relax almost as soon as I walked in the hotel. Staff was very kind and professional. Entire facility was clean and orderly. - The bed was super comfortable. The staff was more than helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good.

  The location is unbeatable if you're attending a Texans game! The hotel is located directly beside Reliant Stadium and there's even a side entrance that allows you to walk out the hotel and right on to the stadium grounds. This is the only place to stay if you're going to any event at Reliant Stadium! - Mainly the location. Right across the parking lot from Reliant Stadium. I can walk to the game. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable, and liked having a refrigerator in room. On my last visit I had a death in the family, and the desk clerk was very helpful in canceling the rest of my stay. I will be staying here again a few more times this year.

  The staff was just amazing, it is uncommon nowadays to find such nice people, they truly cared and helped us.. The shuttle to the medical center was life-solving. And for getting back, there was a bus stop just in front of the building.
