  For those who want a lovely place to stay before heading to the sea on a cruise, this hotel is definitely a precursor to the luxuries you may expect. The rooms are immaculate, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure happiness of each guest. I have a severe disability, and use a service dog. They were very kind to my dog, despite their "no pe... vad folk säger » ts" policy. In fact, we were placed in a suite up on the Club Floor, where not only we would be more comfortable, but our dog would be less distracted - Staff were all very friendly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the towels were nice quality, the hotel had all the amenities you could want. Room service was friendly and prompt. For our needs location was excellent. The decor was nice.

  The desk clerk that checked us in the one of the most helpful friendly people I have ever meet. She really made our stay special. - Check in was fast and easy. Room was ready. Event location, food, and decorations was beautiful.

  San pedro inn & suites was definitely a great choice for an overnight stay before our cruise. The whole place was so clean & nice , the staff esp George was friendly & helpful. As it was on a main highway, we asked for a room at the back & was given without any problem, it was really nice , big & quiet. Breakfast was basic but... vad folk säger » good enough , there are little eateries within walking distance , very convenient indeed. There was also a free shuttle to the port terminal. I would - Amanda, at the desk when we arrived was most impressive! She recalled our having made the reservation with letsbookhotel.com; I had had to change particulars of our reservation and she was on top of all I had done. Very capable young woman and extremely friendly! Thanks! I'd highly recommend this hotel!

  The owner was very friendly and helpful. He is doing a lot of upgrades. Great value for the money. I will definitely stay there again.
