  This hotel was amazing. From the great continental breakfast to the complimentary wine and cheese hour, everything was impeccable. The staff was lovely and attentive and the room was clean and attractive. They have been working at hotel for years, and seem to take great pride in there jobs. They give the impression that they are most gratified to see there guests being well taken care of. Similarly, at breakfast and at wine hour, the staff seemed genuinely happy and that sets the tone for guest relaxation.

The concierge hand wrote a welcome card and included a map with highlighted areas we must see WITH a detailed (again handwritten) explanation of each place corresponding to color print outs of the sites.   For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others. It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.

Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. I feel that I was overcharged on purpose, hoping that I wouldn't notice.

  I found the staff to be very accommodating. The atmosphere was inviting and chic. Our room was very comfortable. All in all I was very pleased - Stayed there a number of times, so they upgraded my room; easy checkout. Clients love the bar.
