Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

  This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. It's classy, clean, well worth the money, and was a very large room with the one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in.   The hotel and the room were impeccably clean. It is a completely non-smoking hotel, and this really does make a difference. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, I would say, above and beyond expectation. The beds were comfortable. The room was a decent size (especially for Manhattan).   The hotel was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, wonderful front desk service (prompt, friendly and helpful). The room was a good size for NY, 2 Queen beds very comfortable, mini fridge & freezer with a bit of a loud hum/vibration and the bathroom was nice, clean with tub and great shower. There are 3 rooms per floor (two of which look over Columbus Park- these are recommended for good entertainmen - Absolutely everything was amazing! The room was amazingly clean. As a couple with a 12 month old who requires crawling all day, the room needed to be exceptionally clean and it was just that. Never a piece of trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where so soft and comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and very spacious rooms. The staff was always friendly and willing to help us get around to any place

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground.
