  The Staff at this hotel were very accommodating. They were extremely pleasant & went above & beyond to make sure we had our needs met. Our room had a sofa bed but it didn't look very nice or supportive, so the guy (can't remember the name) came up & brought a rollaway bed b/c there weren't any other available rooms to move us to. I tho... vad folk säger » ught that was very accommodating. The place also included breakfast & 0n wkends that bfkt included bacon & eggs - Now thats a great deal!!! Th - The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites was incredible helpful, and the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced in any city in quite some time. We got help right away with options of parking, as well as suggestions for dinner. Great experience and value for the one night we stayed in NOLA-when we return I will definitely have Comfort Inn & Suites at the top of our list!

  The Customer Service from the time you pull up to valet parking to checking in and out at the end of your stay is Beyond excellent as well as the location. - The young lady at the front desk I believe her name was Tamara was very helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of without any issues.

  The room was pretty much what we saw on the internet, so pretty much what we expected. The courtyard and our balcony overlooking the the courtyard was really nice. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but what little we had was quite positive. We ate in the bistro the first night we arrived and were pleasantly surprised with the food ... vad folk säger » quality and price. - We really liked the location because we were close enough to walk a short distance to Bourbon Street but we were far enough away from all of the loud music and party goers that we could sit peacefully on our balcony and enjoy the sun and fun from a distance.

  We have stayed there before and it is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Good location and gorgeous. They are committed to providing first class service. - The rooftop was so romantic, you can look out over the city. The hotel had beautiful marble floors in the lobby.

  Front desk receptionist were very nice when greeting us.They explained everything about the hotel and locations of things throughout the city.   The staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is useful, you can dine in or prepare your sandwiches before a day of visit, an economic alternative.
