  The only downside to staying here is the on-street parking, which is difficult in this neighborhood, given the embassies and restricted resident-only parking areas. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, free breakfast, great location. But overall, we had a great experience. - It is an old hotel, small European style. but the bed was comfortable, the TV was great, the WiFi was free and worked well, the towels were medium quality which is good, it was quiet, the staff was very nice and helpful, the single room was reasonably sized and the bathroom was redone and clean and efficient. Hair dryer and ironing board were supplied.

  We were delighted with everything about the location, accomodations and service. I don't know if it was southern hospitality or Hilton training, but everyone we came in contact with, including coffee shop and bar personnel, were friendly and efficient.   This hotel is in a great location to see all the dc attractions, I think they must give their staff happy pills because these people are unconditionally pleasant all the time. From the assistant front desk manager Julie to the unbelievable Concierge Elizabeth you cannot beat this staff. The only thing I would make the manager aware of i - This was one of the best hotels that I ever stayed as a tourist. The quality you get for the price you pay is phenomenal. (Most of) the staff was extremely friendly, especially the girl at the reception who helped us with the check-in. The room and the bathroom have everything you need and even more. The room delivery service works as it should. All in all, a great choice.

  We stayed here for 5 nights in late August and it was fabulous. Very spacious interconnecting rooms, ideal for a family of 6 and extremely comfortable beds. Lovely décor, friendly and very helpful staff. Great little touches such as guest happy hour from 5-6pm during which you can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, milk and cookies before bedtim... vad folk säger » e for the kids and complimentary teas and coffees in the lobby at breakfast time. - Great staff, service. Very helpful, never ignored, clean, with great amenities. Like any trip item you forgot, they provide! Also great location to sightsee and hundreds of amazing restaurants. Overall loved it! Someone trained this staff to be very courteous and helpful, without an ounce of attitude or disdain. Very much appreciated.
