  Great location, in the middle of everything. Nice cornerroom(no#1212) with a great view. 6th Ave in one direction with Central Park at the end, and looking down on Herald Square and Macys in the other direction. Nice Rooftop bar(not a part of the Hotel) - Beside the metro station litterely. You can see Macy's largest store in the USA from door of... vad folk säger » the Hotel.   The hotel staff was so accommodating. We arrived before check in and were able to leave our bags in a secured room while we ventured off. When booking, I asked that they put us on the highest floor with the best view for the deal I was offered. They put us up on the 25th floor (there are only 31) in a corner, where we had a spectacular view of the... vad folk säger » city. The ambiance was certainly a wow-factor. When we awoke the next morning, there was a complimentary bottle of sparkling Voss and a hand written - I was there to Burry My Mother I came in from Hawaii the only thing is I could not Ck in untill 1:00pm I was traveling with my son and the flight landed at 6:30am when I booked the Hotel with you you called them and ask if I could ck in early you said that they would try but when I got there I was not in the system but after about 10 minutes they said every thing was good but I could no ck in untill they would call me but they did let me leave my bags.

  It's style and panache. The staff are wonderful, the comfort (the bed is so comfy and the room is very spacious), the Rooftop Bar and the location is amazing! They allowed a early check in and provided a generous gift for my wife how was celebrating her birthday. - The hotel propose is also great. Modern and well located. From the room we got I was possible to hear the street noise during the day. - Definitely, I'll come back to it my next time in NYC.

  I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM. Mr Matthew at the reception took initiative to fix a ready room and before 9am we were able to enjoy our room! The common areas and rooms are perfectly clean and very well maintained. Very pleasant body care products a - Professional, friendly and helpful staff - greeted us with a smile and a welcome every time we passed through the lobby. Even the housekeeping staff and others were exceptionally friendly - they demonstrated that they liked their jobs and where they worked.Location was great, easy walking distance to all midtown/times square/theater district venues. Room was nice, clean, big enough for comfort and nicely decorated. Bed very comfortable.

  I arrived New York deadly tired at around 12 midnight. I was received by a quick check-in, rapid delivery of my lugguage. To my surprise the room had a coffee maker, excellent pulsating shower. Location was perfect and the view from the room was a surprise to me. Great value for money. - New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.
