The hotel was beautiful. The staff could not do enough for you. I've stayed in many hundreds of hotels this was a top ten stay. The highlight was the first minutes with a registration clerk who asked questions and listened to our answers giving us information and suggestions that made our trip so enjoyable we will go back there again and again.

The Location, the staff was awesome, the cleanliness, the view to
downtown Disney. The view was so awesome that my husband couldn't
stop going out to the balcony just to stare at the view. Quietness.
I'm so glad that I choose this resort to celebrate our 28 year

Swift and early check in with personable staff. This enhanced our enjoyment as did not have to wait until specified check in time. Hotel very clean and had a luxury feel to it with an ideal location to Disney marketplace. Room extremely clean, beds excellent and no noise whatsoever. Hotel is on Disney property and is geared towards people who want to experience the Disney parks and not stay in one of their resorts.
It was very family friendly, right combination of restaurants, shops, swimming pool and friendly environment. Location was amazing since it was across the street from Downtown Disney.

nice beds, slept like a baby. really nice pool area, and fair food prices. can recomend their burgers. - The Manager and Jean was very nice to me . I ate in the restaurant for supper my first night. The check in was smooth, professional and friendly and the hotel responded to my confirmatory email and phone call when I was at the airport. The room was clean and ready on arrival. Hotel was clean and seems to be rennovated recently, which makes it really to high standard of a 4 stars hotel.
Room size was okay. Location is great for theme parks visitors, as it is very close to main theme parks and to nice restaurants in Lake Buena Vista.

Absolutely loved Bonnet Creek resort. Definitely the best deal you can find around the Disney area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with our 19 month old daughter. It was so nice for her to have her own bedroom so we could have some time to relax and hang out after putting her to bed and not worry about tip toeing around to not wake her. Ultimate luxury and family appealing hotel for less than the price of a budget, lowest price range, bare-bones hotel by Disney. The lady that checked us in was warm, friendly and informative, and as you know First Impression is everlasting. We loved the spacious room with balcony. The pool size and lounging area
around the pool were very comfortable. Pool hours were a huge plus, 7am-
11pm. The attached game room, convenience store and applebees were nice
bonuses as well. Free parking, free shuttle and free wifi = fantastic!
