  This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet, theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre. There are many eating establishments nearby offering everything from Indian, Chinese, Steaks etc. - I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.

  I have stayed there before and found it to be clean, safe, and very friendly. It is also convenient to downtown. I actually was on a tour that ended in Seattle and convinced another couple to stay there also when it ended. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and stored Fran and Mike's bags while we toured the city. I was very pleased a... vad folk säger » nd would certainly stay there again. The lady at the check in had a beautiful smile and the bartender was extremely helpful when I wanted something to - Bed was very comfortable, quality linens and towels. Free water bottles. Quality coffee in lobby. Great shower. Nice tvs. Rick at front desk was fantastic. Upgraded us from a deluxe king to a king suite at no charge because of challenging customer service at the 1-800 line. Great location, and we were not bothered by local construction outside our window.

Fairly priced for location and room type. Staff helpful and polite. Emerald Grill next door serves good selection of meals also with helpful and polite staff. Rooms were large and clean; liked refrig and microwave in room since only one nearby cafe.
