  The restaurant in the hotel served delicious Italian food! If I lived in the area I would eat there on a regular basis! The hotel was perfect for what we needed, a place to stay near the secaucas junction train station.   The location was perfect. Close to bus stop into NYC and 15-25 minute ride depending on traffic. Buses not crowded. Price of bus tickets so reasonable. The hotel offers a good breakfast and very good rates through letsbookhotel.com. Grace on front desk was amazing as was the lady (only one we saw) who worked in the continental breakfast room.   The staff were very helpful, inviting us to ask questions that would make our visit to New York City more convenient and successful. The facility was very clean and well-kept, and there is a #163 bus that stopped right in front of the hotel which we took into New York City. The morning breakfast was quite ample for our needs.   We stayed in this hotel for one reason and that was to watch the NY Giants at the Metlife Stadium. They have a deal with a local bar called the Redds Bar which puts on a FREE shuttle bus to and from the hotel, bar and stadium. Excellent service, perfect for what we wanted.   We stayed at Homewood Suites East Rutherfrom from August 13 - 17. Enjoyed the friendly staff. We did an early checking and Raysad (sorry for the spelling) was very accommodating. Very, very curteous staff with all sorts of information and suggestions and a willingness to go out of their way to get us what we wanted. Excellent value for the the cost.
