  It's an OK hotel for a one night stay. We didn't see anything bad other reviewers had mentioned. The hotel had weird design, but our room was spacious and relatively clean. The linens and towels were clean, the rest of the room was only superficially cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. The door had kind of flimsy lock.   I was attending a classic movie festival and felt safe walking in the neighbourhood alone, even at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing information and printing my boarding passes. The location was superb - close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, theatres and shopping.   We liked the location - it was very close to Hollywood Boulevard. The hotel was clean and it had all the basic comfort levels you would need. Our room was super noisy, facing Sunset Blvd with fire engines, police, people, everything, but hey, that's Sunset and it just added beauty to our stay. If you want a quiet place, this is not the place for you.
