  The personalized service was amazing. Upon our arrival, we wrote it was our first time to the city. The concierge hand wrote a welcome card and included a map with highlighted areas we must see WITH a detailed (again handwritten) explanation of each place corresponding to color print outs of the sites. INCREDIBLE!!! Also, the room was quite spa... vad folk säger » cious and loved all the windows. - The room was spacious and the hotel restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and the hotel was well located.
