  The hotel rooms were very clean and big. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was great. There were stores attached to the hotel, make it easy to go from store to store and not have to go outside. - The staff was excellent. Even when they got busy they were on top if everything.   Everything!! The staff was great. We came to town early to go to an expo at the convention center and stopped at the hotel only to ask for directions. We were there 3 hours before check in and they checked to see if they had an available room and checked us in 3 hours early! The breakfast was a fabulous hot buffet. The room was great...   The hotel staff were extremely helpful from giving directions to restaurant recommendations. It is located in the heart of the city and the lite rail makes it very easy to get around. The facilities were great bar, gym and spa. The room itself was of a high standard and I had no problems with my stay. - Excellent location.   When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending.   The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular!   Rooms were great. Beds really comfortable. Very plush accommodations. Walking distance to the train - I enjoyed the upscale experience without staff being snooty.

  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.
