  My husband and I enjoyed the Cadet Hotel for the charming room, friendly staff, and awesome location. We will definitely stay again. - Cosy intimate hotel with lots of charm, very friendly and helpful staff, and a great French restaurant.

  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

I was impressed and he took good care of us. I wish I remembered his name. He was short with short hair. The night was Thursday the 16th of May at 1130pm when we checked in. Management please thank the young man for me and groom him for more responsibility! We also liked the room and for the price the hotel was a pretty good value. Decent location and clean facilities.
