  Rummet, sviten, var utmärkt, nyrenoverat, stort , ljust, fin utsikt, försett med just de bekvämligheter som omnämnts - Rent, fint och rymligt. Det var sköna sängar, inget buller hördes och underbar utsikt över Hudson River (bodde på 24:e vån). Nära Central Park och Tunnelbanan.

  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We booked a taxi back to JFK at the front desk and a lovely Lincoln Continental arrived on time and made the journey effortless.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

  I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt.   Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff. The room was basic but had everything we needed. My partner loved the tinted glass bathroom and the bed was comfy.   The hotel was remarkably clean, the shower was strong, the bed was good, the personell friendly. And those happen to be the most important attributes ;) The 'cabine' was bigger than we expected. There was enough room to walk around and even to leave your luggage open.
