  Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping. They came in while we were out. We always had fresh bath linens and the room was always spotless. Everyone at the hotel, door men, concierge, front desk, bell hops, security,... vad folk säger » house keeping staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We visited two other hotels in the area were relatives and friends were staying. Both we - Everything....professional and attentive service to all sorts of personal touches to make you feel "special" to the point you forget how much you are paying for these features :)

  The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and we were within walking distance of all shops and there were some lovely restaurants nearby. - I had a park view room so it was as nice to stay in as go out. It was so quiet, which a big plus!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at The Quin! It was clean, comfortable and warm (especially during NYC's first snow of the season) for a new, contemporary hotel.   Once we got over the inefficiency of what letsbookhotel.com had organised, the staff at The Pierre were excellent and arranged what we couldn't accomplish through many emails and telephone discussions. - Clean, quiet and the service was fantastic all the way around.

  The location is outstanding. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. It is a good quality hotel with limited facilities but all we needed for our short break stay. - Excellent hotel in maybe the greatest NY location. Spacious rooms, all overlooking the street, very bright due to the floor-to-ceiling windows.
