  Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

  The hotel was very clean and fresh. It felt brand new from the modern wall covering in the lobbies and corridors to the furniture and fittings inside the rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable, well appointed and modern but without losing a classic feeling high ceilings and big windows.   Had a three night stay at The Gotham Hotel and feel I received good value for the money. The room was large, clean, and well-appointed; I liked the added touch of an assortment of books in the room for guests. The room had a comfortable king size bed with nice linens and an up-dated bathroom with an over-sized shower.   This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy.   Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience.   Have to admit I was a little anxious about whether this was a good choice, but it turned out to be perfect! Apt was very clean and newly updated (nice tile, hardwood, cabinets). Seemed very secure.
