We have stayed there before and it is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Good location and gorgeous. They are committed to providing first class service. - The rooftop was so romantic, you can look out over the city. The hotel had beautiful marble floors in the lobby.

Clean, quiet and nice atmosphere. Well equipped fitness center with an excellent view. - Large, quiet, clean well appointed rooms!! French Quarter Convenience! Beautiful hotel with great unique bar! Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival. Great location for enjoying the French quarter yet getting some sleep. East side of the French Quarter, one block from Bourbon St. Easy access to the city streetcar system. Busy staff try very hard to service the guests and succeed if you are patient. Lots of art and antique shops down Royal St. from hotel.

Excellent location, very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. I also like the green effort and having a starbucks inside of the hotel. Nice place for a business conference. -
