Servicen, restaurangen och airportshuttle - The staff at the Terrace Cafe were so nice and friendly. We only ate dessert but it was wonderful! Plus I liked the feel of the hotel and the cafe. The location near the airport and the complimentary airport shuttle. Efficient service and friendly personnel. All necessary facilities are present. Comfortable and clean; however, rather standard rooms. -

The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to
sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or
other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area.
Anywhere! There is a Samtrans stop for bus 292 right outside Hyatt which
takes you to downtown sf in an hour. -

Convenient location for city trip and Frisco airport. Offers free
shuttle to airport and bart station which is attached to a mall. Has a
variety of good restaurants at walking distance, among which the Italian
was excellent. -
I am a Senior Citizen traveling on a limited Budget.! But, the accomodations were an excellent for the value of the money
