Location is central a little the wrong side of town but this is why it is cheap I thnk if you can go along with the crazies around its fine. ... vad folk säger » the breakfast area was neat, sunny and the 8th floor location with the cityview was a nice way to begin my day - The rooms were very clean and very fresh feeling with large full wall windows. The daily maid service was impeccable and the staff were all very pleasant. The wi-fi worked well and was free though not quite fast enough to take large downloads like movie files well. An excellent value for the money in a very convenient location just 10-15 minutes walk to Union Square at a fraction of the price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sleeping room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom was equipped with soap, shampoo, etc., towels and hairdryer. Sleeping room with big flatscreen TV. Free wireless internet. Very nice Hotel, I would stay there again. - Very helpful staff, great location, nice bed.

I loved the service at the hotel. A small misunderstanding initially and immediately comped a couple of services for me. Every single staff member we encountered went way beyond the call of duty to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.
We must commend Bill Sutton, Head Concierge, and his staff for especially excellent service. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Francisco.

There was nothing that I did not like. The two-story Plinko board with
soccer balls, the leisure room in the loft, the design - from the metal
dog to the wall of convicts - all perfect. The staff was friendly,
knowledgable, and enthusiastic about their hotel. Their location is
perfect - close enough to Union Square to enjoy the nightlife, but far
enough away to avoid the noise; the bart is half a block away and
provides access to the entire city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -
