  I liked that we were feet away from the surf. I didn't have to cross bridges over dunes or walk hundreds of feet to get to the beach. I was able to sit on my balcony every morning and watch the sun come up and watch the waves. The room had a retro feel which suited me just fine. The Bistro had a great breakfast and the best smoked tuna sandwic... vad folk säger » h for lunch. I had a really good time. Hope it survives the next hurricane because it is right there...Enjoy it as long as you can. You will never g - The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant, The location was convenient and you could not beat the ocean front view. The restaurant has a limited menu, but the food was some of the finest I have every eaten. This is one of my favorite places to stay on the Outer Banks.

  There were three men that really help my boyfriend and I. One is TJ, my boyfriend and I had problems with our vehicle he really helped us with that and followed all the way through with it until he knew that we were able to leave safely, he went above and beyond his job. The other two helped with the air conditioning system. Fast WIFI and the view on the ocean side was fabulous. Lots of parking and very convenient to most of the OBX hotspots.

  Very pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff. An old place, but well-maintained and being actively renovated and improved. Clean and quiet. An excellent value for the money. If you want one of the few rooms overlooking the beach in the back you may have to book early. - Enjoyed our stay. Loved being right beside the pier. Could not have picked a better for our stay.
