I loved everything. The staff was great. They helped me from check in to check out with any questions I had. Breakfest was amazing every morning as well as the staff workers in there. The location was AMAZING. As well as the view. The room was comfy clean and exactly what we needed. We have already planned another trip to stay there and we are bring more of our family next time. Location (right on the beach); staff (gave us a $10 discount because the room we asked for had a maintenance issue); recommend any room above the ground floor with balcony (ground floor looks out at dune, 1st floor looks over the sand dune); nice pool, between hotel and ocean (on dune); nice breakfast. fridge/microwave in room. at $95/night, on the beach, definitely off season rates- tremendous value.
The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. All staff created you whenever you walked into the lobby with a Good Morning or Good Afternoon which I thought was a nice gesture. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and always being restocked. I would stay again.
The king-sized bed and clean room. Devin at the front desk went out of his way to help me with my computer and the lady in the breakfast area made us feel just like family, It was a spur-of-the-moment trip for my husband and I and well worth every minute. Thank-you to everyone!.
The room was confortable and large enough to move around. I currentely have disability with my legs and this room accomatedaded my needs. We have a great stay and my wife needed to get away from home for overnight. It was a short walk to beach and we enjoyed the beach.
I liked the location. It was close to the beach. The rooms where a nice
size and the beds where comfortable. Liked free breakfast and free
coffee all day. Also the wifi. Plenty of parking . Staff was great!.
Access to the ocean was great and they allowed us to arrive early and use the pool and beach access. They also allowed us to check in a couple hours early by calling us as soon as a room was available.
The location was awesome even in the off season. The staff were friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. The hotel was clean the complimentary breakfast was the best around.
Location, location, location!! It's all about the location of hotel
that makes your vacation great. Quailty Inn was very convenient to local
attractions, restaurants, shopping and the beach!!.
The location of the Quality Inn Carolina Oceanfront is perfect. Convenient to shopping and right on the beach. The value for the money couldn't be beat. Will definately go back.
We liked that the staff was friendly and courteous, housekeeping staff was nice, convenient to area stores and movie theater and within walking distance to the beach.
Right close to the beach. I felt safe at any hour of the day at the hotel. Love that there was a laundry facility to use. Will make reservations for next year!!.
It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. It was also right on the beach. The desk clerk was "right on" suggesting a great local restaurant on our arrival.
Beds were very comfy! The refrigerator was larger for storing more than just a few sodas. Breakfast had a large variety and was plentiful.

The location was good. The continental breakfast was ample, dining

Our flat-screen tv was a little too low if you wanted to watch it from bed. Not a big deal since we weren't in our room much.
Could not see the ocean from room but I needed a ground floor because stairs bother me.
The bathroom did not have a fan and the drains ran slow. Also no where
in the discription did it say the balcony was shared . It would have
been nice to have a place near the room to sit outside.
The pillows for the bed were little square throw pillows. Very uncomfortable.

Due it being off season, the hotel had multiple vacancies and I asked if an ocean view room was available. We were told "yes but I cannot upgrade you". The clerk at checkout explained that we should have been upgraded since my husband had membership with this hotel chain.
The air conditioner was a bit noisy for sleeping.
The drain stopper was broken and a light was out over the bathroom sink. The housekeeeping staff parked the laundry carts at the bottom of the steps which made getting aroung with luggage difficult.

We were supposed to have oceanfront rooms, we did not. We were told they didn't give oceanfront rooms to 3rd parties. You could step out of the room and have a great ocean view. Only one elevator that was far from our room.
I had to flag down a cleaning lady to make up our room after 5pm; the
bathroom door wouldn't close and the reception on the tv was
terrible. When I reported these things at checkout, all I got was
"I'll report it to housekeeping and maintenance" - no
apology. I expected more for the price I paid for the room.
I could not get an ocean front room unless booked through them they
said. The pillows were awful. Housekeeping either came too early or late
and ran out of towels if they were booked.
